Brazilian Astronaut Talks UFOs

Marcos Cesar Pontes
Lt. Colonel Marcos César Pontes

Lt. Colonel Marcos César Pontes, the first Brazilian to attend Astronaut Training at the Johnson Space Center for NASA has recently sat down with Wendell Stein of “UFO Magazine of Brazil” for a candid interview.

Aside from the subject matter of the Magazine, Pontes discusses his meager upbringing, his dreams to become a pilot and his ongoing drive that initiated his assignment in the “Astronaut Office Space Station Operations Branch” of NASA.

Given Pontes status as the “premier astronaut of Brazil,” and his willingness to discuss UFOs with the country’s leading magazine on the subject, as well as the recent meeting with the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) and the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) (on May 20th), one can only hope that this is only the beginning of an emerging pattern not only with Brazil, but with “all countries” who are withholding information regarding the UFO phenomenon.
